1. Maximum Occupancy Permitted: Six (6) guests for 3-bedroom apartments, four (4) guests for 2-bedroom apartments and two (2) guests for 1-bedroom and Studio apartments

2. No drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. No firearms: Firearms and other weapons are not allowed on the premises.

4. No pets are allowed.

5. Avoid property damage: Rearranging furniture or any form of damage to the property is strictly prohibited.

6. Maintain decorum: No fighting, shouting, loud voices, or disturbances that could inconvenient the neighbors.

7. Respect guest limits: Any extra guests beyond the maximum limit is prohibited.

8. Smoking inside apartment is prohibited.

9. Smoking-related damages will incur fines.

10. Broken items will incur charges.

11. Parking: Maximum parking space for three bedrooms is for two cars only. One car each for two bedroom and Studio.

12. No commercial activity: Commercial videos, content creation or photoshoots are not allowed without prior authorization.

13. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 12 PM prompt. Late check-outs will result in forfeiture of the caution fee.

14. ID requirement: Only the ID of the person who made the booking will be accepted for verification.

15. Client liability: The client who booked is fully responsible for: (i) The actions of all visitors and guests. (ii) Any damages or issues caused by visitors or guests. (iii) Ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations.

16. Transfer of the apartment without the authorization of Apartment’s management is prohibited.

17. Please note that part-payment is not allowed.

18. Using apartments for events is strictly not allowed except with express permission of the management.
